Nothing hidden —
clear from the start

We state the rental service's domain, cancellation and transfer policies clearly. We review this together before you begin.

1. Service model (rental)

MissionBridge is a rental service that provides website building, hosting, security and maintenance for one monthly fee. We register and manage the domain on your behalf, with the domain cost (₩10,000–30,000/yr) billed separately at cost.
You use the service for a monthly fee with no upfront (lump-sum) build cost. Like renting a water purifier, MissionBridge handles the setup and management for you.

During the service period, MissionBridge registers and manages the domain and hosting, so you don't have to handle renewals, security or technical care yourself.
This arrangement is clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up and proceeds with your consent.
If you prefer to hold the domain in your own name from the start, we can proceed that way after a consult.

Our journey together is based on 24 months; after the commitment period you may cancel at any time. On cancellation, the rental service (website · hosting) ends.
If you want to keep using the domain after cancelling, we transfer it to your name.
For a domain transfer, we charge only the domain transfer · development fee (about ₩1M), disclosed in advance at contract/consult. We do not charge unfairly high fees to lock you in.
On cancellation, we back up your content (photos, text, documents, etc.) and hand it over.

The monthly fee is billed on a regular monthly cycle.
If payment is overdue, the service may be temporarily suspended; we notify you before any suspension.

Rights to the content you provide (photos, video, text, etc.) remain yours.
The right to use the design, code and other work produced by MissionBridge is provided to you for the duration of the service.

MissionBridge collects and uses minimal personal data (name, contact, email, etc.) solely for consultation and service delivery.
Collected data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
To view, correct or delete your personal data, you may request it at the email below.
